What is recorded

The system stores your contact and company details, inquiry requirements, item descriptions, quantities, delivery region, optional notes, and your request for order-related communications. It records status changes and notification results.

Why it is used

PVS uses these details to review and respond to your request and manage any resulting order. Submitting an order request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Access and notifications

Requests are stored in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database and can be reviewed by authorized PVS administrators. Your private tracking key permits access to the status and item list, so keep it confidential. Only a hash of that key is stored.

When configured, Amazon SES will process email addresses and order-related message content to send confirmations and status updates. Until SES is connected, no email is sent and the confirmation screen tells you to save your request details.

Questions or corrections

Contact sales@pvsmanufacturing.com with your reference. Do not send your tracking key to third parties. This feature does not collect payment-card information or accept file uploads.

Do not include confidential formulations, account passwords, or sensitive personal information. Keep your confirmation for your own records.
